| Introduction | I consider myself to be a world citizen. I have been interested in sustainable living, organic gardening and farming methods, recycling and re-using since I was a child growing up on a farm in Kentucky. Those priorities have never changed but they seem to have become more imperative in recent years. My concern with living lightly on Planet Earth have colored every aspect of my life. |
