Introduction	Over the past many years, I have experienced the journey of a caretaker first-hand. After losing my husband to cancer in January 2011, it has been my heart’s desire to share this experience openly with those who have or are experiencing the physical, spiritual, and emotional struggles of taking care of a loved one in a time of need. Since starting this blog I have written many stories about the journey of my family, I am now a Certified Grief Coach with a genuine passion for supporting individuals through difficult times with faith and compassion. My professional certification along with my personal grief experiences equip me to help navigate others through their grief.
