Introduction	Several years ago I saw Anchorman in the theatre. It was ok. One of the lines that stuck with me was when Will Ferrell mentions that he is going on a jogging date with Christina Applegate, but thinks it may be pronounced "yogging". I instantly incorporated the yog into my lexicon and have never looked back. Sometimes spending significant amounts of time training and trying to get faster can seem like a serious endeavor, and this simple made up word keeps me in touch with what a pointless, insignificant trifle it all is.
