I don't post on a schedule, but rather in a spontaneous burst of posts followed by lulls. I am a tech writer and editor in New Mexico that loves to cook (both gluten-free and regular) and garden. I started life up in Alaska and then moved to the desert with quite a culture shock. Now, I am living in a small town with my husband in a house that we call Casita Gatita. Everyday life includes gardening, cooking gluten-free goodies while tweaking regular recipes, and balancing home, work, and recreation along the way. |
