| Introduction | Hello, my name is Zahra. I'm excited to join you on this journey of exploration through the prism of human experience. As a counsellor, I am deeply interested in how we process our emotions and navigate life's challenges. Through my work, I've come to appreciate the value of exploring different perspectives when dealing with complex issues. Each discipline, whether sociology, psychology, or neuroscience, offers a unique lens through which we can examine the human experience. We can better understand ourselves and the world by bringing these different perspectives together. As a mother of two and a plant enthusiast, I also appreciate finding small ways to make daily progress. We can build the momentum we need to overcome life's obstacles by taking small steps. Ultimately, my goal as a counsellor is to provide a safe and confidential space for individuals to explore the issues causing them difficulty. Whether it's separation, job loss, or grief, I'm here to listen and help you work through these life-changing issues. Examining these challenges through the prism of different perspectives can deepen our awareness and help us find a path forward. |
