| Introduction | For a long time, I have left my profile blank. But I saw that 34 people have checked out my profile. It must be disappointing, ever so slightly, to find an empty profile page. So here's my attempt to tell you a little about myself. Firstly, Hello. How are you today? I am another one of those people who have started blogging in the hope that one day, many people will read my blogs and I can live on advertiser income for the rest of my life and not work. Of course that's not going to happen because I do not have the right ingredient to be a successful blogger. For a start, I choose to be anonymous. No private details of myself will be divulged. So why do I want to blog? Well, it gives me a little thrill to see page views, albeit by people who accidentally stumbled here. My aim is simple. I hope to gain one more follower than the one already on my blog - a friend who tried to show her support by following me, although I don't think she has ever read any of the posts! I don't think I am highly interesting, even this introduction about myself is pretty uninteresting. |
| Interests | Reading books that have won some book awards (not because I am a book snob but because I am really bad in choosing a good book), Working on my new project - my apartment, Spending hours surfing the internet on weekends (which is often a highly enjoyable but very unproductive way of spending time), Traveling which I do not always have money to do. I hope to be able to visit a country in every continent of the world, at least, I love starting new projects although I may not always finish them, I want to learn to cook healthy, low fat and low carbs meals because I recently went from super-size to small-size. |
| Favorite movies | Also not a big film buff so not going to have a long list. So some of the ones that stick around long enough for me to list down here are The Artist, Annie Hall, When Harry Met Sally, Delicacy, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Dictator (because I just caught it), Not a film but I love Seinfeld. Hate Rom-Coms, usually. |
| Favorite music | I wish I have a list of favorite music but unfortunately I have a poor memory on song titles and I don't know many bands. Maybe because I am not a big music fan. But I do like music very much. I generally love old music to the new ones. I think new music is shit. Katy Perry is shit, Rihanna is shit, Miley Cyrus is shit, Taylor Swift is shit. I hate reality tv manufactured singers. I hate hip hop. I love old rap, like Eminem, Beastie Boys. Some of my favorite singers are Allison Krauss, Melody Gardot, Dusty Springfield, John Mayer, Thom Yorke. Ok I am really not savvy enough to continue this list. I explore old bands, not new bands. Hate boy and girl bands. Hate teen pop. |
| Favorite books | Catcher in the Rye, A Sense of an Ending, Gone with the Wind, Shawshank Redemption, The Missing Piece, Any book from Roald Dahl, The Lord of The Rings Trilogy, The Great Gatsby, Bossy Pants, The Godfather, Catch 22. Hate teen romance. Hate books for chicks. It's not fair to the books I have read before and going to read that they are not listed here. I generally don't like such "Favorite" lists because I don't think a person should be defined and confined to a set number of things. But I do it anyway in an attempt to allow people who stumble accidentally on this blog to know a little bit more about me. |
