Introduction	I've been cooking in the kitchen since...well, lets just say it been a lot of years. My favorite is the baking. Breads, cakes, pies, cookies, etc, etc, and of course cheesecake. When I was, oh maybe 10'ish, I would often whip up a cake on a Sunday afternoon for the family to enjoy. I have gradually expanded the variety since those days decades ago. My Mother and my older sister gave me a great start and there have always been plenty of people willing to consume. A lot of folks do plenty of cooking, and many do it great. But I don't find many that have taken the time to figure out a good cheesecake, so I figured that is something I should share with those who care to come and look.
