| Introduction | I'm a 30 year old work-from-home mother of three, ages: 13, 11 and 8. My husband is a sheriffs deputy and an amazing husband and father. I fell in love with Hiit (High intensity interval training) about a year ago when I started following another hiit blog. I have seen amazing results physically, mentally and spiritually! Most other workout programs are just that workout programs, they don't incorporate mental, emotional or spiritual fitness into their programs. I feel that in order to be truly healthy and WHOLE we have to train our WHOLE being (mind, body and spirit). After all we pray about everything else in our lives why not our fitness? |
