Introduction	in a field of formless thought I ponder the silence in solitude and stillness seeking my center connecting to my core I bore into my being before the conditions behind the experience where the truth is born beyond the swarm of subjective self-isms beyond the haunt of want transcending the troubles gaining ground with a gift of inner strength and clarity of conciousness in times of chaos I tap the well within and witness a world unlike where I am lost in deep peace tracing back to the place that cannot be touched the limitless love of my lifes language beyond word and thought or deed where I can seed new intentions to be freed of the shackles my mind has been fettered by when the ego battle has been fought to exhaustion I rest and reflect and regain beyond the place of pain and my brain becomes idle letting go of all things that I regret beyond what I remember and what to forget and I press reset
