| Introduction | I started writing this blog after I had lost my job in a leading international organisation. I had also ended a long-term relationship. I hadn't saved up any money, as it all had went on shopping sprees and holidays. My reputable job had also called for it. I had an apartment and a car I couldn't afford. I had a Master's and several years of professional experience and yet I couldn't seem to find another job. Although I had always prayed for some months off to write, paint, design, I couldn't seem to concentrate on anything else besides the fact that I would die alone, poor, and soon. |
