| Introduction | I'm BBM. Some would say that I currently own and operate the wayward home for any/all, lost/stray animals. My family, my friends and animals are all my number one priority in life. To be blunt, which is what I always am: I had an itch on my boob one morning in May of 2005 and found a lump. Had a mammogram shortly thereafter. Had a lumpectomy and diganosis of breast cancer in June. Bi-lateral mastectomy in July. Chemotherapy from August To February. Began reconstruction in December. Reconstruction and hair growth still on-going. It's been a long, hard, one-way only road. Thank goodness it's not a dead-end! |
