My cooking philosophy is to romance classical and modern recipes with healthier methods and options. The goal of my blog is to share my many culinary experiences, including recipes I created and served to special guests, movie stars and one special day - a King. My goal is also to share the many recipes and techniques I was lucky enough to be taught by top memorable chefs that I had the pleasure of working and cooking with, especially in memory of Costanzo Pucillo owner/chef of the original Petite Marmite, Worth Ave. FL, Clement Grange during my time at the CIA and also my employment at the Park Lane, a Helmsley Hotel where Leona and Harry resided on the roof-top suite. |
