IntroductionFood Service management, Honors Graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Certified Executive Chef, Culinary Instructor, Nutrition Instructor, 4 Star cooking experiences, coordinating large major events food planning, (US Tennis Open), Hotel and Country Club dining, Restaurant Manager and health care-hospitality food management encompassing more than 35 years of experience. My cooking philosophy is to romance classical and modern recipes with healthier methods and options. The goal of my blog is to share my many culinary experiences, including recipes I created and served to special guests, movie stars and one special day - a King. My goal is also to share the many recipes and techniques I was lucky enough to be taught by top memorable chefs that I had the pleasure of working and cooking with, especially in memory of Costanzo Pucillo owner/chef of the original Petite Marmite, Worth Ave. FL, Clement Grange during my time at the CIA and also my employment at the Park Lane, a Helmsley Hotel where Leona and Harry resided on the roof-top suite.
InterestsEnjoy-arrange my weekends and free time, by coordinating and sharing Special Meals, Drink, and Events. Making the time to appreciate life and its bountiful offerings. Good food, good drink, interesting people, culture, and fun events with good friends.
