Introduction	Fox Force 5 and MAWU were established separately to represent women in the underground dance forms of breakin’/hiphop and house/wacking/voguing respectively. The two crews joined forces under the name FMinit to become the only all-female crew dedicated to representing all the underground dance styles of New York City. Through live performance, video, master classes, open practices, battles, and workshops, FMinit seeks to perpetuate the legacy of positive and creative energy that is at the core of the New York underground dance scene.
