| Introduction | I've been a high school English and journalism teacher since 1990, which obviously casts doubt on my sanity. Along the way I've tried to teach critical thinking, writing, argumentation and rhetoric to thousands of teenagers, many of whom managed to learn something anyway. More importantly, I'm a husband and a dad, and although I can take no credit for the general awesomeness of my wife and children, I love and admire them tremendously. I am also sometimes a runner, a hiker, a baker, a news junkie, a peacemaker, a thrill seeker and a rainbow chaser. Be well. |
