Introduction	I am, like so many here, a small town girl living in the biggest city in the world. My journey did not begin with years of wishing and hoping to get out of Michigan, in fact moving never seriously crossed my mind, at least not until fate intervened on a family trip in Mexico. However that story will be explained in all its wonderful detail later. For now all you need to know is that I am a college student living in New York City (maybe living would be better explained as surviving), I come from a complicated family, I live with my incredible boyfriend, and I am almost always broke. I have a passion for fashion, a career in communications, and a hobby for hearing the latest and greatest music. Being surrounded by intelligent and successful people is almost unavoidable here and isn’t without its perks. I have devoted this blog to all of my experiences, the good, the bad, and the embarrassing. I will inevitably be sharing my favorite bands, restaurants, bars, and stores with you all. So sit tight and enjoy all High rise Hysteria that is my life!
