| Introduction | I am a Trained Graduate Teacher with 17 years experience appointed to the Ministry of Education Technological and Vocational Training of Barbados. I am also a trained Afrocentric Ambassador-Creating Crucibles of Care since July 2011 to present with the main objective of building self-esteem using African Heritage and Values.I am currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Leadership 2023 cohort at the Erdiston Teachers' Training College. This blog was created as a requirement for the PGDEL103 Course at Erdiston Teachers Training College.
