Introduction I am a mom to four beautiful children. 2 boys and 2 girls. They say that is the perfect family. I say nobody is perfect and I am happy to live with my imperfection. We live in Delaware, the first state. I am married to a wonderful man. He is an aircraft mechanic. A great father, provider, friend and lover. We are like everybody else we have our struggles, our triumphs, our joys and our losses. Everything I do in life I do with passion. I have been accused of talking too much and being too opionated. Both are probably true. I spend my days raising children and trying to keep my sanity intact. I am a christian....sometimes I am not sure that is evident to all who know me. I believe that we all go through times of deep spiritual growth and times of not so deep growth. This blog is my jourey (written down). I hope to keep in touch with folks I care about and also document our lives in someway.
Interests This blog is yet another attempt on my part to stay in touch with friends and maybe make some new friends as well. I was raised in the midwest until I was a teenager and then moved to the south. The south will always be my home. I love the hospitality and friendship. I carry with me the lessons I could have never learned anywhere else but the south. I also carry with me lessons learned in the city...you can only see those when I am angry.
Favorite Movies All time favorite movie: Gone With The Wind. Also good are: Fried Green Tomatoes, Steel Magnolias, Something to Talk About, Sweet Home Alabama I am sure I will think of more later.....
Favorite Music Country music is my favorite. But I pretty much listen to anything except rap/hip hop.
Favorite Books Oh goodness...too many to list. Anything by author Bodie Theone. Mostly I love historical fiction. But I have been known to read silly romance novels and gossip magazines.....shhh don't tell anyone....:)

When you've got water stuck in your ear, how do you get it out?

SHake your head really hard from side to side....at least you will feel like you are getting something done.
