| Introduction | Professor de la Vega (VC, KCB, KCIE; Chevalier of the Légion d'Honneur; Congressional Medal of Honor; San Serafino Order of Purity and Truth, 4th Class) is Chair of the Thomas More Center for Middle East Studies, at Amaurot, where he teaches econometrics and applied anthropology.
