| Introduction | Over the past 3 years we have talked about going to Ottawa and signing up for the Army Run in September. This summer we turn 35 (GASP!) and thought why not sign up this year? It’s now or never. Registration opened up on March 6 so the next decision was, do we register for the 5k or the ½ marathon (where is the 10k option????)? We thought that means we were traveling all that way we would either go big or go home and the ½ it was. Now the BIG question is ‘WHAT DID WE GET OURSELVES INTO?” As other members of the TTP (local running club) and friends are chronicling their ‘running progress’ and we have both blogged in the past, why not do the same for this? |
