Introduction	I consider myself a VERY lucky Canadian girl who enjoys good food, family, friends, travel...basically LIFE! Trying to live in the moment at all times and I want to share the REAL good stuff with you! My brother lives with a horrible disease called ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease). He is the strongest person I know, aside from my parents. This fatal disease reminds me daily how important it is to live each day with passion and joy and to never waste a moment.
