Introduction	This blog is intended to be geared towards coaching and my passion for the sport of cycling and sports medicine. Working as an athletic trainer I've developed a background in sports medicine and injury prevention. Cycling has always been part of my life, and I'm excited to try and make these two worlds collide as much as possible. After training and racing for ultra-endurance mountain bike races for a couple of years, I developed the sense that I wanted to start to teach others and share with them what I've learned in hoping that others would enjoy this sport as much as I do. Through this blog I hope to share my passion, experience, and knowledge of cycling and sports medicine so that everyone may enjoy this great lifestyle and do so in a healthy, injury free way.
