Introduction	I still ask myself, is it more the wonderful Quality of life the Rogue Valley has to offer, or the incredible challenge offered to me to be a part of finding a solution to the affordable housing crisis that brought me to Southern Oregon in 2004? Having had the opportunity to hone my skills in the high-cost Southern California markets working with first-time home buyers in need of down payment assistance, tax credits and special loan programs designed to give them a leg-up in to becoming homeowners, what better place to put that knowledge to work, while enjoying the wonderful mountains, rivers and lakes during family time? Of course, I enjoy working with my many repeat and referral clients who started out using these programs, then came back to me when the time came to move up, expand their homes and businesses, send their kids off to college, or expand their real estate holdings to include investment property. Having a more conservative approach, I understand that real estate is a long-term investment for most.
