Introduction	Hello my name is Jan Hummer and I have an extensive background teaching young children, young adults, and children living with special needs while emphasizing a connection to the natural world. I live in between Shepherdstown and Martinsburg, WV there are many adventures to arise in the while teaching young children and currently I am writing a book about connecting children with special needs to nature through environmental education and art.
