Introduction	I am a strange combination of social butterfly with a strong need for alone time, cooking is a mediative experience for me that satisfies my creative urges as well as my desire to nurture others. I love the exotic and rare, I love the wholesome and familiar, I love sharing in other people's stories and passions. I have learned that the only power any of us have is to live in the present moment, be responsible for your actions and ask for what you need from others. I believe that thought = feeling = action and once you live this you are liberated from the misery and drama of an unhappy life.
