We all have dreams, here are ours: 1. Close Central Avenue completely and replace pavement with grass, sculptures, etc. Build stone/brick structures similar to gates at each end. And a big fountain in the middle of N. Central & the Alley (known as OT's Alley) 2. Pave entire street with faux brick, close off street on weekends. 3. Move the parking lane inward, lay faux brick for new pedestrian sidewalk, all merchants to utilize entire existing sidewalk -- FLOOD ENTIRE CENTRAL AVENUE WITH LUSH GREENERY - CREATE A OUTDOOR WALING "GARDEN DISTRICT TO DRAW MORE CONSUMERS AND REVILATIZE/MAINTAIN CLAYTON'S RESTAURANTS, SHOPS, ETC..
