| Introduction | My wife Trish, and I are avid trail running enthusiasts. We lived in Southeast Arizona since the early 1990's and recently made a lifestyle change by moving to the East Coast, now residing in Alexandria, Virginia. We both share a love of travel and outdoor living. I have run competitively since 1992 and been a member of the All-National Guard Marathon Team. I also started ultra-running in 1997 and am continually looking for wilderness endurance adventures. - I have completed 6 - 100 Mile trail races - Raced in over 60 ultra-distance events - Complete 50 road and trail marathons, 35 of these are under 3 hours - 30 years of military service and counting. |
