Introduction	I’m a Naturopath and Nutritionist, and as such am interested in increasing our knowledge and awareness of all the products, foods and medicines we are exposed to through the choices we make daily. It’s important to be aware of the effect of those choices, whether it relates to the food we consume, the cosmetics we use on our skin or the containers we store our children’s lunch in. By being aware and learning constantly we can give our children a better future by making better educated choices. So let’s get educated together.
Interests	My family, my son, food, nutrition, plants, books, health, herbs, music, my hens, my garden to name a few things
Favorite music	Folk, rock, country, indie, almost every genre but rap.
Favorite books	Too many - cook books, novels, textbooks, non-fiction - a wide spectrum and I usually fall in love with whatever I am reading at the time.
