Introduction I am a professor at Central South University in Changsha, China. My research interest are the relationship between genetic diversity and epigenetic complexity and its role in population genetics, complex traits/diseases, and the evolution of complexity. I have a BS in genetics from Fudan University and Ph.D. in biochemistry from UC Davis. Before my current position, I was a faculty member at the Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute in San Diego (1992-2008). Huang lab website
