| Introduction | My name is Katie. I am a 41 year old mother of 4. I have only one daughter & she is my one of my best friends. I have 3 sons & absolutely love being the mom of boys. I used to tease my husband that we only had 1 girl because he couldn't have handled more than 1 & now I'm convinced that it really was all about ME loving all that tomboy stuff when I was younger. I was a stay at home mom for years until I decided I needed a hobby & choose to be a lunch lady last year. I work at Cy-Ranch HS which is the last place I thought I wanted to go & has turned out to be the best place for me. I work with amazing, talented, intelligent, hard working women! Who are "not just lunch ladies"! & I LOVE teenagers..who knew? I am married to an airline pilot which gave me the opportunity to leave my home state of Utah & live in Ohio & Texas...where I extended my "family" to include very special friends who I love dearly! I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints..a Mormon & that is what I AM! I am a random blogger at best but feel compelled to leave a little of my story for those who come behind me. |
