| Introduction | What do I know? In my younger days I was a chemical engineer (process technologist designing spray dryers for the dairy industrie). Then I had my own company in the water treatment business so I really know what it takes to produce clean pure water. A technique that is used nowadays is called reverse osmosis. I am highly interested in food and nutrition and in the human metabolism. Health issues in general (amongst others). Writing about it you can call a passion of mine. I spend quite some hours writing about health related subjects. At the moment I am researching and writing a book on intermittent fasting. The weight loss diets are both a frustration and a challenge for me. |
