Introduction	I am called Ulargiw Kumakech Vincent; I live in Nebbi Town, Nebbi District, Uganda. I have been working as a part time volunteer with Community Development Alliance (CDA) in Nyalebbe DR Congo holding the position of a Coordinator. While in Nebbi I earn my living from business. My business is located in Nebbi Town where I live, I have an internet café which as well provides secretarial services, this business has been running since 2006. I graduated in Democracy and Development Studies in addition to a Diploma in Social Work and secondary educations, other qualifications I obtained include Certificate in Strategic Procurement and Logistics Management, Certificate in Public Administration and Management and Certificate Monitoring and Evaluation.
