| Introduction | Ana Plenter is an Award Winning Fitness Competitor, Fitness Author, and a Personal Trainer/Competition Coach. She is also the founder of Build My Body Beautiful (http://www.buildmybodybeautiful.com) a Toronto based company, which provides various wellness programs for women including: personal training & fitness competition coaching, fitness boot camp classes, nutrition consulting, as well as weight loss/sport hypnotherapy. After gaining weight in university and battling to get her own weight under control, Ana experienced firsthand, how this loss of control can affect a person’s confidence, body image and self-esteem. She dedicated herself to learning everything she can about fitness, nutrition, and understanding of the psychology of human motivation to get her body back in shape. She mastered the disciplines of personal training, psychology and hypnosis that enabled her to understand how to build a perfect body through not just exercise and diet, but through programing your mind to reach success. Today Ana uses her programs to help other women who report outstanding results: strong, toned, fabulous bodies from inside out, no matter where they started from. |
