Introduction	First off I love to cook. I have no formal culinary training other than the countless number of hours that I've spent reading through cookbooks (yes I actually read them cover to cover!) and tinkering around in my kitchen. I love everything about cooking - I like the process of making something extraordinary out of something ordinary. I love the happy and satisfied looks I get when something turns out. If it doesn't well then I just look the other way! I also like being in control of what goes into my food, and knowing that what I'm eating is as close to "natural" as possible. I have 4 little children and what they eat is of importance to me. I want them to grow up appreciating the value of home-cooked food and have fond memories of the mealtimes that we shared together. Life really is made up of the "sweet moments", and that's what I want to reflect on.
