Introduction	I am an educator that is presently pursuing my Masters in Reading. I hold a Bachelor of Education (Hon) with specialization in Mathematics. Although I have a passion for Mathematics Education, I decided to delve into a language area. I believe that there are multiple literacies and by broadening my knowledge of Reading it will help in my development as an educator and in understanding how students can become fully engaged in becoming literate individuals. I am also an explorer as I love to visit new countries. The islands are absolutely beautiful and I hope that one day I would have seen them all.
