| Introduction | I am a Survivor! I live in Rancho Cordova near family. I have 3 grown sons, Scott, Christopher and Jeffrey. Scott and his wife Mattea have 5 month old triplets, Austin, Brody & Caleb who have brought much joy to our family. I was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma about 9 and a half years ago and was recently diagnosed with Recurrent Follicular Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. I will be starting new treatment in the next couple of weeks. I am an alumni and honoree member of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team N Training and have done fundraising for them in the past by completing a metric marathon and a half marathon. I love to exercise which gives me the only real power I feel I have over my disease. I have much faith and I know God is with me every step of the way on this journey. |
| Interests | Reading, exercising (particularly cycling), hanging out with friends and family, especially my 5 month old triplet grandsons! |
| Favorite movies | I love a good comedy and also anything romantic of course. I like a good adventure or mystery movie once in awhile but NEVER horror movies. |
| Favorite music | Love all music. Some of my favorite artists: Bryan Duncan, Fergie, John Mayer, James Blunt, Carrie Underwood, Chris Daughtry, just to name a few. |
| Favorite books | I absolutely love to read...anything and everything, especially health and fitness books, and books of faith. |
