| Introduction | Dr. H. M. Jha “Bidyarthi”, formerly Head of the Department, is currently working as Professor, Department of Business Administration and Research, Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering, Shegaon, Maharashtra. By qualification he completed his dairy husbandry course from Allahabad Agriculture Institute, Allahabad under Indian Council of Agriculture Research, New Delhi where he topped on All India basis to receive Gold Medal award, did his MBA degree, Ph.D. in management. He has over 44 years of teaching experience. As a motivational speaker he has delivered talks to various institutions all over India including industry executives and government officers. He has published over two hundred research papers in national and international journals and international conferences and his papers have received best paper award too. He specializes in management case writing. As a doctoral research guide, eleven Ph.D.s have been awarded under him. He completed many sponsored research projects too. He represented various boards, faculty and committees of the university and also those at the international levels. He travelled to Maldives, Pakistan and Dhaka in his academic pursuit. |
