Introduction	Mindy is my name. I have a wonderful daughter, Zoey, who is 8. I have been with the same man for nearly 6 years and going strong. I am a full time student at a college out of Gainesville, FL. I am aspiring to be a elementary ed teacher, preferably the 2nd grade. I love chocolate..I love cooking..though, nowadays, I am cooking healthier.

Favorite music	I have very electic tastes. Some days it's ACDC or All American Rejects..some days it's good ole' George Strait or Jason Aldean...some days it's Blondie or Lady Gaga...depends on my mood..but, I love country the most.
Favorite books	anything by Jane Green, Jennifer Crusie
