| Introduction | We are the Dodridge family of 4, Rob, Kim, Kayleigh and Chandler! Our family lives in Queen Creek, AZ and are extremely blessed. In May of 2008, we started our journey towards adoption to bring home a little boy or girl from Ethiopia. Little did we know that God had other plans for our family and in February of 2009, little Ashlynne Grace (adoption name), came to live with us. We are a Jesus loving family who wants to be in His perfect will. We pray every day for His direction and guidance as we journey through a very difficult process towards adoption. God never gives us more than we can handle and we have learned to trust Him more and thank Him for His amazing grace. It is His grace that gets us through every "bump in the road". The verse that we claim as a family is 2 Cor 12:9 "My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness". His strength is sufficient for our weakness and He is more than enough! We are so thankful that He holds our lives in His hands; know that He will NEVER let us go and find comfort that no one can snatch us from our Father's hands (John 10:20). No matter what the outcome, we pray that God will receive ALL of the glory!! |
