| Introduction | Pride for Youth Uganda is a TRANSGENDER led organization with a main focus on advocating for human rights, health and Economic Empowerment of the Transgenders living and staying in rural areas of Uganda. Organization which was formed in 2018, to overcome the violence, discrimination, threatened and stigmatized because of their sexual orientation to escape the suffering. Pride for Youth Uganda offers the following services to Transgender persons, HIV testing and Counseling services, Health Education, Distribution of health consumables and legal aid services and sensitization dialogues. STI/STDs screening testing and treatment, Economic Empowerment to the Transgender persons. Pride for Youth Uganda is operating in districts like, lganga, Kaliro, Namutumba and Kamuli. |
