Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
I would assume that fish would love to ride a bicycle if they could. I think they would like the thought of getting on and coasting on the underwater hills. Although I gotta wonder how would they pedal and use the handle brakes. So for those fish who happen to be insurance ones they are gonna make a killing.
