| Introduction | I am a lecturer at the Institute For Public Policy Studies at the University of Denver where I teach graduate and undergraduate classes. I retired from the Securities and Exchange Commission in 2006 after a 31 year career as an enforcement lawyer. I was the manager of all litigation at the SEC's Denver office for 15 years where I supervised a staff of six lawyers and a caseload of 80-100 cases. I have tried dozens of SEC enforcement cases in federal court and before SEC administrative law judges. I am available as an expert witness, mediator, or case adviser and consultant in securities related litigation. I am also a Finra arbitrator. |
