Introduction	I am originally from the Napa Valley where some of the most world renowned restaurants are located. You learn a lot about great tasting food, yet too little about nutrition and portion sizes. At my 33 years I found myself at a weight that I am just not accepting for myself, and started this journey to weight loss without sacrificing the flavor of life. So here we are, 80 lbs lighter and counting... I wanted to share my tricks and tips to feeling like you are not missing out on anything.

Favorite movies	It's just too hard to choose. I enjoy all genres and directing styles.
