| Introduction | Welcome to Scraps of Time! Thanks for stopping by! It's been a busy 3 years of "crafty" retirement, making cards for Operation Write Home and then working as East Coast shipper for this wonderful organization for a year. But my shoulders and hip are tellin' me it's time to really retire so we're movin' to a smaller more 'user friendly' place and I'm going to work with Lacie Jane to train her as a therapy dog! Steve is involved in his music and the Mint Hill Historical Society. We suddenly lost our beloved Rio in late October 2011. In late January 2012 we adopted sweet Lacie Jane, a one-year old "treeing brindle cur hound" , my fourth -- but first "girly" rescue dog! Ready to get my new craft room set up and get to work on my long-ignored scrapbooking, maybe some cards later, funky art which I'm learning to love (hard not to be "neat" with it) and some Danielle Steele downtime. |
