Introduction	I burn toast. I burn microwave popcorn. The fire department came several times when I first started learning to bake holiday cookies ... and until now my annual holiday cookie day is really the most action my kitchen sees. I am more than just domestically challenged. I'm a mess! My journey to find a way of eating that makes sense ... NO MORE FAD DIETS! ... has lead me to whole / real foods. Only problem ... to get there I have to learn to cook. Other than being domestically challenged I must also warn you that I have a bit of a potty mouth sometimes and a husband that will be mentioned who is a bit of an Archie Bunker / Frank Barone type in terms of his colorful and not so politically correct comments. This is my journey into a life of whole / real food ... and at the same time, my domestication! Note: Tessah Black is not my real name, just a twist on it. No I'm not a closet Spider Man fan - just a coincidence. I'm fine putting myself "out there" in many ways - but I'm truly a private person.
