The reason for this site is to have a free exchange of ideas about concepts that affect my life. I'm an entrepreneur in the IT management field, where I specialize in system integration and program management. I'm the founding director of Loggerhead Inc, an independent IT consulting firm located in Washington, DC. I live in the Glover Park neighborhood in Washington, DC where I have lived for the past 8 years. I grew up in Parkton, Maryland and am a graduate of Mount Saint Mary's University. My interests include entrepreneurship, health and wellness, efficiency, relationships, and literature.
