| Introduction | My wonderful husband and I have been married for 8 years now and TTC for over 4. We had a successful IVF cycle late in 2010 but suffered a miscarriage in February 2011. We will be pursuing IVF again in 2012 while hoping and praying for our child. We have two 4-legged babies that are spoiled rotten. Shelby, who is almost 8, and Dozer who is 7 months old. Both are lab mixes. Through all of this I've realized that maybe awareness starts with us speaking out about it. Alot of people don't know what to say or do when someone is struggling with infertility, so they do nothing. While not the right response, maybe it's up to us to educate them and change things. Maybe we are our own advocate... |
