| Introduction | I am currently a stay at home mom with 2 kids with our third on the way. I was a registered nurse until spring of 2008 when we moved to Arizona. I like to take recipes I find and combine a few to make one, or as I like to call it, adapt the recipe to fit what we like. I generally do not cook low-fat, but I occasionally do. My youngest son has some medical issues which are described in my July 13, 2010 post. I know decisions regarding medical issues and children can be a touchy subject, we all have to make decisions based on our individual situations and what we feel works best for our child at the time. I respect that and will not judge others based on their decisions and ask for the same respect in turn. |
