Introduction	I have always been able to eat what I want because I have been very active. Over the past 7 years I have had a lot of health issues and back pain. I have gained 30lbs and can't fit into any of my clothes. I started my unfranchise business with Market America because of their great health products(http://marketamerica.com/allaboutunow). My health has gotten much better and now I want to loose the 30lbs I have gained. I want my energy and life back. I will work harder when I am doing it with someone that is why I have started this blog. There is no turning back when the world is watching you.
