Introduction	Over the past several years, my love of food has grown into somewhat of a passion. I have always liked to eat, but now find myself extremely curious about what makes food delicious, and how I can better create great meals at home. My leisure time is often spent reading about cooking and attempting to apply that knowledge to my own kitchen creations. I have also, much to my wife's annoyed amusement, taken to photographing much of what I eat, be it at home or out at restaurants. Consequently, there is a back catalog of food pics that have been sitting on our hard drive being viewed by no one. My awesome wife finally took action and created this blog so that we could share our cooking and dining experiences with anyone who is interested. I certainly do not claim mastery of the culinary arts; indeed I am very much a recreational cook seeking to make tastier meals with each new attempt. Our hope with this project is to share our excitement about food and drink with you, and to continually use it as inspiration to seek bolder and more varied flavors both at home and on the go. Hope this entertains at least a few people out there and makes you eagerly await the next great meal!
