Introduction "As a well-respected fitness advisor in her community, Kim has been improving the lives of many dedicated Washington residents for the past ten years, working one on one with clients, teaching proper nutrition & instructing group fitness to the masses." I am a people person. I love being in front of groups; leading, teaching, speaking. I want to inspire & motivate others. I want to help women feel empowered. I work hard, play hard, laugh hard & love hard. I like to feel like a champion & love to help others feel like one too. I'm a bit of a fitness magazine junky & admittedly have collected stacks and boxes of my favorites (but have recently cleaned house, sending them to recycle). I look forward to my monthly editions of Runner Magazine & Parents. I AM A RUNNING MOMMY AND MY OTHER RIDE IS A BOB JOGGING STROLLER. I can't believe I used to hate my big butt - now, it's my bit of sparkle. I thrive on competition WITH MYSELF. I believe everything is possible. To me, things really ARE black & white.
Interests Exercise - especially the kind that requires thinking outside of the box, running/racing, dancing, listening to music that makes me move- whether fast or slow, instructing yoga to the masses, instructing group fitness classes - I like 'em big, working one on one with clients and helping them acheive overall wellness, inspiring & motivating people, cooking and baking, transforming well-known "Betty Crocker" style recipes into my own and making them the healthiest around, I love all animals, Children - especially my own - make me very happy, I LOVE BEING A FIT AND FUN MOM!
